Love the size. I have several of the Naples backpack and loved them . This one is a little bigger and I really like that .

The color of this bag looks nothing like the color on the website. It is a very muted dull tan. Also, the square shape makes it difficult to wear as a crossbody.

Front pockets basically useless.
Two front pockets are too small. I can't even get my hand in them without the zippers scratching up the back of my hand. I know if I kept the bag I would be fighting those two pockets constantly to get anything out.
Material is stiff, not flexible like the Baggallini Securtex anti-theft vacation travel backpack which I carry constantly. I was hoping for a convertible backpack/sling bag similar to the vacation backpack, but this does not fit the bill.

Functional bag with thin strap
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the design from backpack to sling and all the protections this bag provides, I give it four stars because the strap is too thin, it should have more padding for comfort.

Well designed !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking forward to using this on upcoming trip noticed a lot of women carrying similar bags for travel light sweater water bottle maps etc also like wallet is close to body and “ hidden” when worn /as I get older I appreciate lightweight bags!

Great features
I give this a 4.9 out of 5 stars. Everything about this bag is great for my needs. The only thing lacking for me is an interior plate to clip my keys for easy retrieval when needed. Otherwise, perfect for my needs.

Travel day pack
I bought this bag for Bob & I as a day pack for our trip to Ireland. We love the size & compartments available for a variety of necessary items to keep handy apart from our suitcase. We will have to find an extender to make it work as a cross body bag which we both prefer for ergonomic comfort.
