The attention to detail is really appreciated it literally has coach written all over it. All the hardware was surrounded by packaging foam to avoid any damage. Im a plus size gal so it doesn't quite fit as a cross body but it still makes a beautiful over the shoulder bag. Its a small but spacious bag, I fit 2 phones, makeup, and some other small things in there without a problem.
