A pleasant surprise!
I tried a sample of this and was pleasantly surprised. After a not-so-good experience with both DDML and DDMG, I was reluctant to give one of the more recent 'Dramatic Moisturizer' variations a go. However it sinks in fast and leaves zero trace of stickiness behind on my skin. If anything it actually feels refreshing and instantly hydrating. For my specific skin type (oily to combination/normal) and during the current warm weather, it's just the right amount of moisture (not sure how it would fare in Winter) and I'm only using a small amount each time I apply. My t-zone does start to get oily by late afternoon time, but this happens with pretty much anything I use and nothing a few sheets of blotting paper can't sort out. Ingredients are for the most part pretty good, the most remarkable being 'Sunflower Seed Cake - one of La Mer's 'Miracle Broth' ingredients. SPF and make up both glide on fine over this too, but for me the best thing about this has to be the anti-pollution complex, especially living in a moderately polluted city - at the best of times. It's reassuring to know that with the combination of SPF and this I'm doing some small part in preventing premature skin ageing simply by applying this. I might just have to stop by at Sephora this weekend and treat myself to the 1.7 oz tube which isn't as good value as the 4.2 oz size, but much easier to cut in half and scoop out any product at bottom - near impossible to do with tough plastic packaging of 4.2 oz size, where loads of product sits at the bottom where the pump cannot reach. Pump doesn't work
The pump doesn't work. So I happen to open everyday to get the content. It is very disappointing. I have been a Clinique customer for years.

Clinique Hydrating Jelly is wonderful!
I really love this product:) It’s not sticky when you apply it to your face and I love the fact that it’s fragrance free! It soaks right in to my skin .
On the down side, I wish the product came out a little easier. If you don’t press hard enough, it won’t come out and if you press too hard, I feel that you get too much! I think it would be nice if Clinique made the pump so it would come out easier. Other than that, the hydrating jelly is REALLY nice!
I would definitely purchase again!

Perfect Dupe for Chanel Water Fresh Tint
I add just a drop of my foundation into a bit of this and use my fingers to apply to skin. I love Chanel water fresh tint but it is so expensive and find myself repurchasing too often. This is just perfect for its replacement and even better as it also has skin benefits. What more could you want?

Makes your skin feel fresh!
I used to use a different version of a Clinique moisturizer (the common yellow bottle), but this jelly is even better! I love how easily it goes on my skin and how fresh my face feels after use (I use it morning and night after washing my face). I really appreciate that it's clear, too, to show there aren't any ingredients that don't need to be there put into coloring the product. It absorbs quickly too, so you can put powder or anything else over it shortly after application. Highly recommend!

The best I have found for CPAP use!
This is the ONLY lotion that I can put on at night and not have my CPAP mask slide off my face. I looked for twenty years! I have been using this for a couple of years now. I have found that my CPAP mask cushions seem to last longer as the gel makes a barrier than protects both my skin and mask cushion.
