Perfection!
I bought the men's version of this because men's clothing often fits me a bit better, but for reference, I'm a 5'11" female with a +3 ape index, and am wearing a Medium.
This is my favorite article of clothing Sportiva has ever made! i can't speak highly enough of it, I pretty much haven't taken it off since I got it. It's cute, it's warm, it's comfortable, it fits amazing, it's just perfect in every way. Probably going to get one in every color.
