Poor Quality

The knit is super itchy and rough feeling. Shocked that this is from Chloe. It is worse than brands such as H&M which I think is bad. It is sad because the prices are high and the competition against Chloe is high. For designer, I cannot deal with mediocrity. I had to return this.
