Scallop Chelsea Boot

I went to the Designer shoes dept and was helped by Matt Dickson. They didn't have my size (5 1/5) and even though it was a very busy day due to the Jan sale he took the time to call a couple of stores. He wasn't able to locate the boots but wrote my phone number down and called me the next day to give me a status. He said he would hold on to the size 6 just in case. He then called me again the day after as there was a 5 1/5 in the system but maybe in transit to the warehouse so they could not locate it accurately. On the third day he called to tell me they had the boots and he was sending them to me. I was impressed how thorough he was, checking all the possibilities till he found the boots. I am always impressed with Nordstrom but this experience was way beyond my expectations. Thank you, Mr. Dickson. Thank you, Nordstrom.
