The more you Powder Kiss, the softer, smoother and suppler your lips. The formula immediately reduces the appearance of lip lines and helps hydrate lips instantly and over time. It is designed for all-day wear and care. The formula is nonbleeding, nonfeathering, fade-resistant and lasts for up to 12 hours.

How to use: Prep and set the edges of lips with Prep + Prime Lip Base (sold separately) for a smoother canvas and bolder blur.

Twist up the base to reveal roughly one millimeter of product. Apply the lipstick along the lip line to allow the super-sleek design to hug and blur the edges of lips, then fill in the center with full-coverage color. Twist down the excess product after use.
