Great skirt but not a maxi for tall people
I purchased this online in Size 8...when I picked it up and tried it on at the store I noticed it was too large. Fortunately, they had a Size 6 so I exchanged it. I probably could use a Size 4. I am 5'9 1/4" and this is definitely not maxi length on me. It hits between midi and maxi...so, it is still flattering but I sure wish it was longer for a great elongated look. I am keeping it anyway. I like the elastic waist. I ordered another similar skirt in Size 4 this time... I wish the brand offered a tall size if they are going to make the maxi this short. I wear size 4-6 if the skirt has stretch...f not of if there is a zipper, I wear Size 8 or 10. I never ordered this brand before...so, did not know how it would fit. Now I know it runsrue to size. I am going to wear black sporty platform sandals with it for a more casual look but it could be dressed up...
