What it is: An oil-rich cleanser that removes even the toughest long-wear makeup in a single swipe while replenishing and caring for the delicate eye area.
What it does: With a formula enriched with soothing organic cornflower water, antioxidant flax flower and regenerating Veronica extract, just two pumps is enough to effortlessly remove even the toughest mascara and liners without harmful scrubbing and rubbing. It is also very effective for removing lipstick.
How to use: Shake well to combine oil and essence layers together. Pump the applicator twice onto a cotton pad. Place the wet pad over your closed eyelid and hold for 10 seconds. Swipe outward from the nose to remove makeup and any excess formula. Never rub the eye. If any stubborn makeup remains repeat the rest and swipe process once more.

Awesome
I am writing this in the hope that the reviewers who had less than a positive experience with this product might not have been using it correctly, as I was not. It's an expensive eye makeup remover, to be sure, so expectation can be high. After not being satisfied with it the first few times I used it, I did more research and realized I hadn't followed the proper usage care. It's a dual pump system (think oil and water) so it must be shaken up before you pump up the product. The first time I tried it correctly, I couldn't believe the difference, totally effective. Yes, maybe even genius!

Very disappointing!
Have been very disappointed when using this as it just doesn’t remove my eye make up very well at all. I don’t wear heavy eye make up but this product can’t cope with removing the lightest of make up, even after three sweeps of the remover over my eyelids and lashes. I used much cheaper eye make up removers which have been much more effective.

Ineffective and overpriced
I was so disappointed when I first tried this eye makeup remover. I was really looking forward to finally getting a product that actually worked well. I thought for such an outrageous price it had to work! Unfortunately it did not easily dissolve my mascara as I had wished. I had to rub over and over to try to get it off. Eventually I gave up because the skin around my eyes started hurting. It still left mascara on my eyelashes. I bought this after reading about it in a beauty book. The author claimed it worked so well because you didn't have to rub your eyes a lot which would lead to wrinkles. In my opinion baby oil works much better and you don't end up wasting a lot of money.

Just ok
I really don't like to write this review because I have really liked all of CT's products thus far. But this is just ok. I used as described. I don't wear a lot of eye makeup in the first place, and I don't wear waterproof anything. However even given that, I still had like some smudges of dark stuff around the corners of my eyes. Especially if I looked closely in the mirror, I could see what looked to be eyeliner product left, deposited around the corners. And underneath my eyes was not completely clean. It is disappointing. I will have to try the new cream version of a popular drugstore brand which I have seen in stores lately. It says (for that) that you just rub it on with your hands and then rinse off, that seems like it would be a lot more effective than this.

Lightweight Remover
The formula is gentle, and it doesn't feel oily or greasy. The pump mechanism is also great. But it just doesn't do the job adequately. Unlike how it's advertised, it does not completely remove eye makeup (even non-waterproof) at all, even after holding down for 20 seconds, swiping, then repeating twice. I still need to follow this with an oil remover, like Shu Uemura's oil cleansers. If you just need a gentle formula to remove eyeshadow and light liner, then this is great. If you need the whole shebang removed, including heavy duty mascara, this isn't it! I won't be purchasing again.

Product not effective
I really wanted this product to be as excellent as the other 2 products I have already purchased.
Unfortunately, I found that it takes alot of product to remove eye makeup. I only started using this less than a week ago and it is almost 1/2 gone.
Because i am not pleased with this product I have ordered a natural product to remove makeup and eyemakeup.
I am hoping this is the only item I would not order again from the Tilbury cosmetic line.

Soothing relief
This eye makeup remover is wonderful for very sensitive eyes. It removes mascara and shadow very gently but thoroughly and actually soothes the skin with cornflower. Non-drying and leaves no oily residue to irritate the skin later on. I'm very pleased with this.
