Charlie Classic Ankle Jeans

These fit like a dream. I have a long torso and the rise hits about two inches below my navel. At 5’9”, these are a legit ankle on me. They look so good styled with my Killshots and Samba sneakers. The Augustus wash with a clean hem is timeless—I don’t love whiskering and was looking for a straight leg in a lighter wash for the transition into spring, and these fit the bill. The weight of the jean is also perf. These remind me of the Jolene slim-straight jean sold by another premium denim brand that I love, but for $100 less! Pistola describes these as their stretchiest denim, but I don’t feel like they’re overly so. Definitely a big YES to these jeans!!

I’m so impressed by my 1st pair of jeans by Pistola. The fit and quality are great making these jeans well worth the reasonable price. My go to jeans are Frame, Mother & AG. I will now add Pistola to that list! These are a slim straight leg even for my muscular thighs. I’m petite but the high waste is perfect. The fabric is on the stiffer side of the denim spectrum but still very comfortable to wear all day and with a flattering fit.

This jean is the perfect straight leg jean that should go with most outfits. Minus one star as I found this cut to run larger than other pistola jeans. I’m 5’4 100lbs and ordered my usual 24 and it was a bit baggy in the waist and underneath the bum so I’m choosing to return. You can see the same on the model. Unfortunately 23s are not offered here.
