What it does: Antioxidant-rich tamanu oils and soothing, hydrating raspberry stem cell extracts purify and replenish the skin, while plant-based phytic acid gently exfoliates and a hyaluronic acid blend boosts moisture. Gentle and nourishing, the balm leaves skin fresh, hydrated and dewy.
How to use: Massage onto skin and remove with a damp face cloth or cotton pad. Use daily, morning and night.

This balm cleanser is a real treat. Soft fragrance, it melts all your makeup including lipstick and sunscreen within seconds. Not greasy, it washes off easily with water. Leaves face soft and moist, completely clean, not burned, scrubbed or dry and irritated. Easier to use than drippy oil cleanser, it is a pale pink cream. Comes with a pink spatula. Best cleanser I've ever tried. It is a pleasure to use.

Smells wonderful but that's about it!
I use a lot of great products from the Chantecaille line, however this one is a true disappointment! Smells devine and leaves skin soft but does not remove makeup whatsoever. I tried it a couple of times even leaving it on a few minutes in an effort to take off the makeup. Skip this one.

I love this so gentle and the smell is luxurious not strong at all love the texture it's expensive but worth to me no break outs and the container lasted me about 4 months.A little bit goes a long way.

Simply the best
This was the first cleansing balm I tried, and it will be my last, because it’s absolutely perfect and I refuse to be without it. Everything about it is beautiful: the packaging, the consistency, the ease of use, the gentle scent and of course the results. It dissolves makeup and sunscreen easily and without irritation, and rinses away without issue whether you use your hands and water or if you wipe everything off with a Makeup Eraser or microfiber cloth. It’s not drying or heavily perfumed; my partner is very, very sensitive to smells — I don’t wear perfume because she can be so affected by them — but she’s used and liked this product multiple times. It works just as well on my dry, sensitive skin, as well as her normal complexion. One of my favorite products from Chantecaille, and absolutely worth the splurge.

The most effective facial care of any kind
Lightly massaged over my face after washing with cold water this completely cleared my skin creating a more even tone. I finish the process with a further cold water wash. The result is a totally calm great feeling skin. Highly recommended.

Wonderful
This is a wonderful cleanser. It leaves the skin smooth, refreshed, never feeling tight.
I have a sensitive skin and also have a lot of allergic reactions. Cleansers can be particularly harsh and often leave my skin red, irritated, and uncomfortably tight. This one is always such a relief.
Admittedly it is expensive but the review is about how good it is. And it is exceptional.
