Great lotion but not original scent
This is really great, lightweight, non-greasy and very highly scented lotion. I like almost everything about it except that it's not quite the same as the original No. 5 scent in either the perfume or the traditional body lotion.
The scent does last all day, but I smell much of a mandarin note than normal. I don't dislike it all, but it's just a touch different than the No. 5 I know and love, so I think once I've used this one up, I will probably go back to the regular body lotion.
Also, just FYI the cap is a twist and the Chanel logo on top swivels back to reveal a hole to dispense the product. Apparently, it's really easy to break the cap trying to figure this out and thankfully my wonderful saleslady warned me first!

The best fragrance!
I love Chanel No. 5 L'eau. A lot of the women in my family wear it and I recently decided to buy some for myself. This lotion is probably the most affordable way to buy it.

Silky, soft smell. Not overbearing. Leaves a light sheen on your skin. Wish the bottle was bigger!!

Good for décolleté
I like to just put a little on my neck and shoulders and that makes it a light scent that lasts. I wouldn’t put it all over my body that would make it really strong.

Lovely lotion & fun twist top!
I used to wear no. 5 but received a perfume sample recently and switched this year. Love L’eau! It’s slightly softer and more youthful than the original (which I also love) in my opinion. Received this lotion for Christmas and am so pleased. Scent is not overpowering but sticks with you all day. Be sure to gently twist the top, it does not come off... the small logo disk swivels to reveal the opening instead! It’s a nice designer touch. Will buy again.
