Shockingly Good
I'm somewhat of a lip balm and hand cream skincare snob (ok, A total snob), and I tried this at a friend's behest. I couldn't be more pleased with this product. The texture is perfection, melting into lips during application. Sadly, it only comes in a jar form so I use it at home where my hands are nice and clean.
Prior to trying this, I'd been using a wide array of high-end lip balms, including: By Terry Baune de Rose, La Mer The Lip Balm, Sisley Nutritive Lip Balm, Amore Pacific Moisture Bound Lip Treatment, to name but a few. I haven't used any Chanel skincare since high school, and was astounded by how fantastic the products are at present. A vast improvement.
My boyfriend also really enjoys this lip balm, so it's nice that it's unisex. It doesn't contain any color or fragrance, and has a very mild sweet taste which is pleasant. It only takes a small amount to cover my lips, making of the price quite reasonable. Compared to other lip balms like Sisley, it's a steal. It leaves my lips feeling nourished and hydrated without being too heavy. I'll absolutely keep this in my regimen.

Really Disappointed
I've been using this for about a week and a half at night- the weather is changing where I live and my lips are prone to dryness. Unfortunately, this product seems to dry my lips out more and is causing breakouts along my lip line. I will be returning- Philosophy's Kiss me tonight works much better for me at less than half the price.

Surprisingly Uniquely Balanced!
I will preface my comments with this; my lips crack and bleed if they are not properly covered and to add insult to injury, I am allergic to water and saline solutions. That said, I have tried many and various lip products for hydration and protection. Chanel's Hydra Beauty Lip Balm was a beautiful surprise in that it provides most of what my lips need. It is balanced. It hydrates, protects, conditions and is not greasy. I have noted some differences in the surface smoothness since using it. The container was heavier than expected; I hope that means it contains more product than originally thought. I did not have to work hard to "warm up" the product to get it started in order to use it nor does a lot come out of the pot, so none is wasted. I have used it a short time, however I have not had to use a large amount. I think this one in the long run is well worth the price.

Wow! Amazing!
Amazing! I love using this, especially when my lips are chapped on the ice rink. Even better when someone else is applying it for you! ;) Very good, very nourishing. I'm in love with it, and will continue using it. Makes my lips buttery soft.

The only lip moisture balm you will ever buy
Once you try this you will never buy another brand. I use this product several times a day and always before I go to sleep. My lips have never been healthier. Keeps your lips soft and moist even in severe weather conditions. It appears a bit pricey but even with daily use will last about 10 months. Quality product. A little goes a long way. Try it. You won't go back to what ever you used in the past.

Jersey Girl Review
I think that this product is average. I have problems with dry/cracked lips and have used multiple lip glosses/lip balms. I use this product multiple times a day, I do find that it helps with my dry lips, but my lips are still cracked! I have used this product for the past month. For the price, I am not sure that this is worth the money when compared to the Burt's Bee's lip balms. I will use this to completion, but do not think it is worth $50.

A must for dry lips
I bought this to compare it to the coco baume and I must say what a difference! This has proved to be far superior than the stick. I used it at night after applying a sugar scrub for a few minutes. I woke up in the morning and my lips were buttery soft, not chapped at all. It is more expensive but the tub holds more product and very little goes a long way. Finally satisfied with my lip nourishing routine!
