You Will Love Them
They are slightly larger. I would recommend one size lower. They are gorgeous and very comfy. I got a Medium and am 45” at the hips and they are a bit too baggy. I kept them anyway because I like the extra baggy look but one size smaller will look as good. I also had to shorten them an inch or so.

Nor as described in color. Butter yellow? It seems the folks at Free People are color blind. Yellow is already not the most flattering color - so this is straight false advertising.
