Centella Toning Toner

*Skin1004 sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program* I had been using this before I was sent the product, it's really a fantastic product. I have dry skin, I’m not acne-prone, and this toner has become a reliable step in my extensive Korean skincare routine. The texture is lightweight and watery, but it’s surprisingly comforting — it sinks in quickly without leaving any tightness or residue. My skin immediately feels calmed, refreshed, and balanced, which makes it a perfect prep step before essences and serums. The Centella really shines here: it reduces redness and sensitivity without feeling like a “treatment” product. Despite being a toning toner, it’s not stripping at all. My skin stays soft and receptive rather than dry or squeaky. I often apply it in 2–3 layers using the patting method, and it layers beautifully without pilling. This is not a flashy, instant-glow product — it’s a quiet, skin-health staple.
