Great staple, you need this!
For me I had to find the right size and then it was perfect. I am usually a xs or s but found the small had way too much fabric where the dress was ruched and looked bulky and sloppy. There’s a lot of stretch that makes this dress comfortable to wear, would be great for maternity. So took a chance and sized down to xxs and the dress still fit comfortably but looked more like it did on the model. Love the longer midi length and the ruching helps conceal areas I’m self conscious about. Looks cute with sneakers!

Awkward Ruching
Extra fabric is in all the wrong places! I could kind of see in the photo, but tried it anyways and it was awful. Ruching usually hides flaws, but this actually created them. Extremely unflattering. I’m usually a large, but this was almost too big with too much fabric even. A smaller size might have helped, but I highly doubt it

Not for short people
The ruching fell too low on me. I am 5'4". The blue is a beautiful color but the dress looked inexpensive. Threads were popping out at the seams.

Great fit and fabric.
For reference -
I’m 54, 34C , 5’8”and 126 lb and ordered a medium and it’s perfect.
I don’t like my clothing tight fitting and I probably could have done a small but I feel comfortable in the medium and could wear it to work or casually out.

Cute Go-To dress!
Quality is as expected for this brand. The dress is simple, cute and very flattering! I ordered the stripe pattern to pair with white sneaks and slides for an easy go-to outfit for summer errands and low-key outings. Very pleased. I also own several Michael Star ruched ribbed tank dresses and honestly, I prefer this fit over those and this brand is half the cost.

Wanted this to work!
the dress may look good on me, but it does not feel comfortable at all. the ruched areas seemed to be in the wrong places. the side slit is too short and makes it difficult to take my normal stride. and the neckline was nearly choking me. I did, however, like the cotton material. this dress may work for someone else but not me.
