Upper: 3D Fit Print Air Mesh maintains its shape as if flexes and recovers with every stride. Enhanced cushioning in the forefoot and heel provide comfort and protection on changing surfaces.
Midsole Drop: 6mm. Classified as a mid-drop measurement, it pushes your foot forward to support a more natural mid/forefoot strike.
Lower: DNA LOFT v3 nitrogen-infused cushioning grounds every stride on lightweight, responsive comfort. Ballistic Rock Shield keeps rocks, roots and trail debris at bay. Embedded Trail Adapt System ensures changing terrain won't trip you up or slow you down. TrailTack Green lugged tread reliably grounds every stride while leaving smaller eco footprints.

Great shoe for extra toe box room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fit and comfort. This is a great choice for a rotation to supplement the Glycerin, which is my go to shoe. I started wearing the Cascadia because it was the only waterproof one and it was so comfortable that I bought a pair for days when my feet were tired from too much walking and hiking. I am also ordering a pair for my husband who has been wearing Glycerins for years but wants a new pair with more room in the toe box.

Poor craftsmanship
Dodgy stitching and visible glue attaching the sole to the upper. Really disappointed as a first time Brooks purchaser, won't be coming back.

Cascadia 19 for the Camino de Santiago
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Cascadia 19s for my Camino de Santiago pilgrimage this spring. I've been wearing them on my training walks for a month now, and I love them. They are comfortable and provide just the right amount of grip on the trails.

Easy Camino
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my new cascadia shoes. I have been a Brooks fan since my first 13.1 in 2013. I purchased my first pair at the convention center day before event. Cadence were the shoe made for my feet, in blue color. After many years, it got discontinued and the replacement for my feet is now Launch.
In May, my son and I will take a trip and do Camino de Santiago. I have been breaking in my awesome color Cascadia 19 and I love it!!! Very comfortable. Toe roomy. Breathable. I am excited to use this show for many walks and trail runs.
