Simcoe Wool Blend Fleece Jacket

I was really looking forward to receiving this jacket and was excited when I placed the order. However, I became concerned when the tracking information never updated. After calling multiple times, I was reassured the item had shipped and would arrive on time, so I waited patiently. Unfortunately, the package either was never shipped or was lost, and the jacket did not arrive in time for my trip. I was disappointed to learn that a refund could not be issued immediately and that I would need to wait for an investigation, and that if I still wanted the jacket, I would have to purchase it again and wait through the process once more. Given the inconvenience and the fact that the item never arrived as promised, I was also surprised that no compensation or accommodation was offered. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
