Cable Knit Cotton Zip Hoodie

I often size up in Polo and did in this (XL vs my usual L). It did not work - too boxy. I would have tried the L but since Nordstroms approach to customer service in the stores has changed - I will go directly to Ralph Lauren. Bummer because I have the best personal shopper but when I need to return & she is not available- it’s just awful & too much negativity to keep going into the store!

This looked so pretty online, and I thought I’d treat myself. But the quality is so flimsy I couldn’t justify what I paid so I’m returning it. The fabric is thin and unlined, like something you’d pick up at the Gap for under $100—not Ralph Lauren. The body is also a bit short so it will ride up if you are on the taller side (I’m 5’9”).
