What it does: This balm contains marjoram, which may help calm the nervous system, and basil, which may reduce tension from both the body and mind.
How to use: Apply to the pulse points on the inside of your wrists, the side of your neck, the temples, the soles of your feet and below your nose before going to sleep. Avoid application on your mouth and eyes.
