Melora Embossed Leather Tote

I ordered the Melora bag in Pearl Admire and I love it! First of all, this bag is the perfect size; it is roomy enough to hold everything that I need and yet it has a smaller profile and scale than other totes of this general style. And I absolutely love the Pearl Admire; it’s a beautiful neutral color with pearlescent tipping on the croco leather that has a subtle lavender hue. It’s just a lovely, sophisticated bag that I am happy to own.

I am a LONG time purchaser of Brahmin (I own over 25 bags and wallets) for quality, design and affordability. I do like the overall design of this lovely bag however, this bag really lacks quality for these reasons: (1) feet are smaller, and on this bag too small, rendering their purpose useless because they do not protect bottom of bag at all (the material the bag is made of makes contact with any surface because the feet are too small). (2) exterior materials used are much lesser quality and too thin rendering the bag flimsy when it should be stiffer to keep shape. (3) as many others have said, the closure CLIP used is NOT helpful nor effective at securing closure, the magnetic closure should have been used to ensure a much more SECURE closure. I truly hate to see quality decline and corner cutting like this in such a wonderful product and hope Brahmin actually takes these reviews seriously.
