Boys' Organic Raglan Fisherman Sweater, Kids

I purchase two sweaters, nice color but runs small. I purchased size small, and very little for that size. The other was size large. They are very narrow of the arms. Usually we can return at the rack but they didn’t accept them. It’s a third party vendor. Be careful or you need to do double trip to return at Nordstrom only. New policy without explanation when customer order.
