Boys' Organic Fine Gauge V-Neck Sweater, Kids

The actual sweater I purchased is no longer available but I will never anything by Hope and Henry again and I will never again use Nordstrom's third party sellers. There are no item measurements for Hope and Henry posted by size either on Nordstrom's site or Hope and Henry's site. I made my best guess based on the child's age and the sizes of other items he wears. The item arrived, and though it was soft, it clearly ran very large and the colors were flat. I immediately carefully repackaged it, exactly as it arrived, and returned it. In this case, it was sent back to the third party, not to Nordstrom, but everything seemed normal up to that point. Then things got weird. Hope and Henry declined the return, saying the item was damaged, providing no details or proof. I find that unbelievable. I dropped it off at FedEx in pristine condition and I packaged it well so it was unlikely to be damaged in transit. I definitely did not remove any tags and I barely even removed the sweater from the packaging to assess the size and colors. I even refolded it along the creases as it was sent. Nordstrom can't do much in these situations and with the additional holiday demand on customer service, it took me hours to get ahold of a person at all. Luckily this was a low cost item but I feel absolutely scammed. Never again.
