Fragrance story: A resinous aroma of smoking Japanese cypress and jasmine petals. Warm and meditative, with an element of earthy spice notes and quiet, fresh moss. Hinoki, shown in studies to induce physiological relaxation, makes this candle an absolute cold-weather necessity to warm and invigorate the nasal senses.

Best Candle Purchase Recently
I’m not a person who likes to write the review but this candle worth it. Weather you’re looking for a scented candle to bring warmth to your home or want to feel relaxed in the fall/winter season, this is the best choices. It combines woodsy aromas with fresh moss. I also love its simple and modern design.

It's a no for me
I'm a fan of most Boy Smells candles and decided to try something new. Big mistake, this smells like someone sprayed cheap cologne to mask the smell of cigarettes.

Very nice fragrance, not burning well due to wick.
This may be my favorite scent of a recent shopping candle spree. I was looking for clean burning wax (no paraffin or other petrochemicals) and clean fragrances. This one smells lovely and has great throw. It’s woodsy and cedar, almost even Christmas pine at times. But it’s somehow more complex. Really nice. Unfortunately, the wick is very much off center, so on first burn it’s already tunneling and won’t last long. 5 stars for scent and throw, three for lopsided burn... 4 overall.

Great Smelling Candle
It has a long-lasting scent. Burns slowly and evenly. Not overpowering. I do let it burn for the recommended 3 hours at a time as I want it to last a long time.

Probably best to burn in fall/winter
I normally love spicy/smoky scented candles, but this one smells like straight up smoke. Granted I did buy it in the middle of summer, so maybe it has a different effect if you burn it in fall/winter. Definitely better options from Boy Smells though. Slow Burn is the gold standard for me.
