Illuminating Bronzing Powder

Adds warmth and color; doesn’t fade; looks natural. I use lightly all over face then apply more in ‘blush area.’ With this shade (ANTIGUA) there is no chance of looking clown-like. No other blusher/bronzer compares to this one. PS: Ladies, please add shade you’re reviewing! Helpful. Thank you.

I've used this bronzing powder now for about 3 years. I discovered it after trying Bobbi's brick bronzers and they were all too harsh looking on me. I needed something softer for my older skin. I use a very large blush brush and apply the bronzer all over my face and then my blush on top. It helps the blush to go where I want it to go and not glob in one spot. I don't wear a foundation, never have so sometimes it tends to stick to my moisturizer if I don't use this powder first. It just gives a nice, light glow to my skin before blush, very natural and healthy looking. I've also never used powder as they appear too heavy, but this product is so fine that it doesn't cling like powder does. When the description says it has micro pearls that doesn't mean it's pearly looking on or glittery at all, it's not. It just gives you a sheer natural looking glow like the description says.

eyed this for 2 years before purchase. just didnt seem like a bronzer and many said the same. i looked at the lineup in store finally on a whim. yay! the bronzer is a light pink. a gorgeous light color perfect for winter bronzing on my b30 skin. thought about the look i love after the beach. the rosy glow sun leaves on my nose and apples. the deep pink red rosy glow. hmmmmm....... bobbi brown was spot on. i use this every day. never said that before. dont wear foundation daily. this is my go to. i use it allover then apply a second and third layer on cheeks to serve as blush. fakey bakey no orange or oxidation. wears for hours. no greasy feel or patchiness. this really seems to hide blemishes too by just coloring my pasty spotty winter skin evenly. pinker than narsorgasm no peachy hints, no gold sheen. also has very refined sparkle. no glitter bombs. some of her bronzers are glittery like aruba. this one is much more luminous, quite incredible for winter look. the powder is fine milled, no kick ups. the shimmer is silver and not noticeable on skin, just healthy sheen. compact is sleek, not heavy, and quite nice for the price. i am shocked and love the purchase. i will hit pan on this long before my givenchy and guerlain bronzer. so happy. bb's shimmer bricks not nearly as nice when applied. this is a great buy in her brand.

Gorgeous, light weight and illuminating as opposed to drab and chalky as some bronzers can be. I have Antigua, Bali Brown and Santa Barbara. Note that I use Antigua as more of a blush or pop of color on my checks as it it quite a bit pinky in tone. Bali Brown is fab for Summer (too pigmented for my skin in Winter) and Santa Barbara works for me year-round. I'm "Natural" foundation in Summer and "Beige/Warm Beige" in Winter to give you a sense of my skin tone.

First and foremost, BB has a wonderful makeup line. This bronzer "Aruba" has a fantastic color (light golden bronze, not too red, not too orange) however it wasn't what I was looking for. Yes, I wanted a more "illuminating bronzer" rather then a totally matte one, but this one in particular just has a little too much sparkle for my taste. Now, if this is the type of bronzer you are looking for, it is definitely worth trying out! It is a very smooth powder, easy to apply and blend.
