Great pant for the price point
Great pant for the price point! These pants are a killer deal. The rise is mid rise (exactly as shown on model). I did size one size up just based on the fabric content (5'9" and usually a 27 but ordered a 28) and they fit great. Only reason not 5 stars is they are as 'coated' as some other pairs I tried on.

Great Pants
I love the pants. They fit well. I think they may run a little big? I'm 5'9" with a small waist and larger hips. I'm usually an 6/8/10 depending on brands & amount of stretch etc. I'm a 29 in these. I was hoping these coated pants had a little more sheen to them. I have a pair of DL1961s, instasculpt coated black in nero that I absolutely love but they no longer sell. Only reason for 4 star is that I like the DL1961s better. But these are really great too. I thought the zipper at the bottom would be itchy or annoying, but there's fabric under the zipper so it doesn't touch your skin.

Too loose on legs
I'm usually a 29 in jeans so that's what I ordered. They fit great in the hip and waist area but were very loose from the knees down. They were not form fitting like on the model. If I were to size down I think they would be too tight in the waist. Sadly I returned.
