Big & Tall PFG Uncharted Shorts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shorts are nearly perfect, and I happen to be rather particular. Number 1, they are available in a full range of sizes -- mine are 3X -- and a range of colors. Number 2, they are well designed: not baggy; with decent-size, deep pockets; featuring a cell-phone pocket; featuring a zippered rear pocket; providing the flexibility of a waistband that is both elastic and belted; and being reasonably stylish. Number 3, they wash well; assuming one takes them from the dryer promptly, they don't require ironing. The above being said, I wish the front provided an additional zippered pocket. I also wish plain black was offered. (My shorts were purchased in Shark, which is patterned black and gray; my wife finds that the shorts look best with black or gray shorts, rather than with other colors.) Personally I would prefer that they come in a shorter length (7-inch rather than 9-inch inseam), although these are fairly easily altered. Finally, if I were to design them, I would consider a drawstring that ties at the rear (rather than at the traditional front) so that a belt is even less necessary.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last fall, I bought a pair of PFG Uncharted pants and absolutely loved the fit. The waistband was incredibly stretchy, and the pants were lightweight and water-resistant. When I started my spring shopping, I immediately looked for shorts from the same line. The shorts feature a super stretchy waistband, deep pockets, and are also lightweight. I wear them to work and love them!
