Disappointing customer service
Very pretty dress. Fit nicely. Arrived very badly damaged in many places. There were no other dresses available in my size. So I asked if they could offer me a discount on the damaged merchandise. Nordstrom was not willing to discount the dress. Instead they were willing to recommend similar dresses. I was not impressed by their customer service at all. Needless to say I returned the dress and will continue to search for the perfect dress for my son’s wedding in June.
