I don’t know if I’ve
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know if I’ve used it long enough but I see no change in my energy, cravings, or metabolism. It claims to be good quality but I feel no difference at all and this stuff is expensive so I don’t know if I should purchase again

A year and a half
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A year and a half postpartum I was stuck at a weight I wasn’t happy with and it felt like I couldn’t lose it no matter what i did. I started trying this not thinking it would help but it’s been 2 months and I’ve lost 8lb! I genuinely forgot I was even taking this. It was in my supplement line up and I kept wondering why I wasn’t very hungry and just today I could hardly eat and weighed myself and realized how much weight I’d lost lol. So it definitely helps with cravings and overeating. I’ve got to say, I’m really surprised this worked for me. I’m not sure the science but I definitely recommend it.
