Lambskin Leather Moto Jacket

This doesn’t look or feel like real leather, let alone lambskin which is supposed to be the softest most buttery leather. This is thin and quite stiff to the point of looking Morse like faux leather. The cut is fine but quality is poor. And nowhere in the jacket does it say lambskin, I don’t think it is. It just says leather. Also, there’s a weird piece sewn in on the front that I’m pointing to that makes no sense. Definitely not worth the money.

I purchased 2 Bernardo leather jackets over the past couple of years and was so impressed by the quality of the leather and the stitching details on the previous jackets especially for the price point. I paid less for those jackets than I did for this one and was beyond disappointed the moment I pulled this jacket out of the package. I kept double checking to make sure I didn’t purchase faux leather by mistake. Everything about this jacket feels cheap from the quality of the leather, very basic stitching work, cheap hardware. The fit was fine which is why I would give it 2 stars but otherwise I would not feel excited about wearing this piece and will be returning. Really sad to see the quality within the same brand decline over 1-2 years.
