Beautiful but Wish I Didn't Size up!
French Connection always says to size up but the last two dresses i have purchased run true to size. This dress is stunning! Wish i got an 8! I will say the bust and everything fits like a glove with a little room but the bottom is a more roomy! It is a flirty classic dress with a great weight for spring!

Tight on Bottom, Loose on Top
Bummer. The dress itself is cute, but the design/sizing is not made for an average female. I'm a size 6, 133 lbs., 5'6" tall. The size 6 was VERY loose on top (note to FC design team: Not all of us are amply endowed up top) and very snug on the bottom. Deal breaker.

So cute for petites!!
This was a surprise find in the store but I'm so glad I tried this on because it's amazing!! The puff sleeves and sweetheart neckline are more subtle, making it easy to wear. The material is thick and sturdy and it feels like it will last a long time. I'm 5'2" so it's the perfect mini length, hitting at 3/4 thigh down, lower than the model photo. I wore this dress for my 30th birthday dinner and I felt so great! Even though I was super full after, since I ordered the black dress you absolutely couldn't tell and thank god for the bit of stretch it has! I do recommend sizing up because the overall cut is quite fitted by the armpits and on the waist.

Cute dress but not for bigger chests
I got the Casablanca color which is a beautiful brownish burnt orange. But unfortunately I’ll be returning this dress. I bought the size 12 which fit everywhere except I could not zip the top section because of my 36DD chest. No stretch unfortunately
