Poor customer service
This isn’t a review of the blouse itself, as I never received it. Instead, this review focuses on customer service. The representative I spoke with was not helpful; they sent me the wrong item, which actually belonged to someone else. I explained my situation and mentioned that I needed the blouse for my trip, but she didn't offer any solutions. What happened to the "Nordstrom customer service" I used to know?

Very loose and large
I got this thinking I could wear it to work, but the back is see through, thin and large. The front has a lining and I wish they had lined the back as well. Had to return it even though I liked the material and print. I had sized down one size, but I could have sized down 2 sizes.

lovely top for spring
This top is really pretty. It’s sheer chiffon in the back and the front is lined. The sleeves are elastic at the wrist. I ordered a size 8 as some Mango tends to run small and I received a size Large top. So they actually do not come in sizes like shown but XS-XL. I definitely could wear a Med but I like my tops to run roomier especially this style so I think I’ll stay with the large. For reference I’m 5’4” 157 & 34D.
