One Fine Line Micro Precision Eyeliner

What it is: An ultra-thin eyeliner for precise application at the lashline and inner rim of the eye.

How to use: Slowly twist the pencil, revealing on the amount of product you need as the pencil does not retract. The formula is extra creamy, so a little goes a long way. Start at the outer corner of the eye and apply in short strokes, working your way inward along the lashline, waterline or both.
