I would never buy from Timberland online again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very tight fitting in width, had to return. I sent the boots back as instructed on January 14th. The boots were sent across the country to CA and then came back east to IN and still no credit issued 22 days later. I filed a claim with my credit card company for credit to my account.

Sturdy boot with a fun look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the look of this boot so I kept them. But... they are not warm boots and the foot bed is hard. I haven't worn them outside yet, just around the house as I wasn't sure if I was going to keep them. They are sturdy well made boots that I bought on sale so hopefully after wearing them, they break in and get more comfortable.
