Not a size 4.
I am 5 ft and weigh 107. This dress comes like a wrap dress that is sewn open, so you cannot make it smaller. If you told me it was a size 10, I'd believe it. It is also very heavy, however, if it does fit you, and you need a new years eve dress, it is pretty and well made.
Not sure how they got the sizing so wrong.

I bought this dress for my birthday party and boy was it a hit. It was a little heavy but that feeling went away after a few minutes and the dress was actually comfortable. I’m normally a size 10/12 US bought a size 6UK which I believe worked well. I received so many compliments. I’m going to wear it for NYE!
