im really upset because I order this jeans three day ago and in the app it said that will be ready to pick up on Saturday that means today but when I call the they toll me it will be ready by tomorrow or Monday, the thing is if they not sure why they putting the date if they don't know I nee it this pants by today. and when I talk to them they seem they don't care about the problem here. the toll me they can cancel my order. very bad costumer service im not goin to buy anymore from this store.

I ordered these pants for delivery. I got the notification that they were delivered and immediately went outside to get the package and it was nowhere to be found. I called Nordstrom immediately, and a ticket was set up. I got an email the next day saying that since the company said it was delivered, it was out of their hands and not their problem. Did absolutely nothing to help me. I looked up the delivery company they use and it has terrible reviews with people reporting lost packages all of the time. I will NEVER order another thing from Nordstrom. I have never had this problem with any other company. These pants were a special splurge for me and now I am just out $250 bucks
