Amelia 3/4 Sleeve Chiffon Midi Dress

This is a flowy, pretty, not over the top frilly, and comfortable dress that is true to size, almost runs slightly big as someone with a thicker waist for a size US12 to be able to fit into it. It is slightly see-through in the bust area, but that's not the deal breaker. The fatal flaw is the elastic button loop closure on the top back is too small so that it's nearly impossible (especially with arthritic fingers) to refasten once it's been undone, especially once the dress is on. So much that I haven't been able to wear it. I decided to return it, whether or not Nordstrom will accept the return or not since it's just sitting unworn in my closet.
