Gorgeous but yowch!
I bought the cap toe and it is a really pretty shoe. Elegant beige with a pretty shiny leather toe. I'm not sure it is patent, but close. I'd say it is true to size, but the pointy toe is reminiscent of the early 90's toes--ouch! It's a pain maker. So 5 stars for look, but 2 stars for comfort. I think if I sized up, it probably wouldn't stay on my heel. Wear a 9-9.5 and bought a 40 because I knew the toe would need extra room--even at the bigger size--yowch!
