Static and Rack quality
I'm 5'2" (128, bought sz small) and these landed just an inch or so above my ankle bone. Maxi-ish on a petite; too long for what I wanted. The waist was gathered elastic sewn in a manner that I was concerned it would eventually twist & it already had pulls in the decorative elastic. Swish, swish then static cling. I bought these from Nordstrom, not Nordstrom Rack, but they had Rack written all over 'em. Hot no; they went back.
