Lug Sole Derby (Women)

Wore these out for a night downtown with a little bit of walking between bars. My feet didn’t hurt at all by the end of the night even the first time wearing them. Bought these to wear in the clinic to make casual dresses look a little more put together. The inside heel is a little padded which was nice. I wore some thin sheer socks I have for my Tom’s shoes but tights would work too.

I wear orthotics and was very pleasantly surprised I don’t need to use them in these Oxford style shoes. They have a good arch support. The soles and heel height are exactly what I’ve looked for. They are leather and have lug soles. I’ve looked for years for a style like this. They will look good when I wear jeans.

I have big old feet and these shoes do not make my feet look like gunboats. The arch support is very good and they are comfy for a long walk, a short walk, shopping, and just dragging around in general. They look so cute on. In addition to big old feet, I am hard to fit and I was delighted that something I actually like was the right choice.
