received used sneakers
Picked up my sneakers from Nordstrom. Luckily I opened the box to try them on. Box severely damaged. Shoes were used, strings tied in a bow, bottom dirty. Someone mustβve returned them and the store sent them out to me like that. Now they donβt have my size anymore. DO BETTER NORDSTROM!

Shoe is fine. This is a review of Nordstrom's quality control. Long time customer, these were a gift on a special day. Shoes were damaged out of the box. Do better.
