got sent 2 mismatch sizes of shoe!
I got a 7.5 and 8.5 pair and Nordstrom agent on phone today couldnt find replacement and then couldn’t offer honoring sale price in future. Very bummed and surprised at the service! The shoes themselves seem very comfortable for the 7.5 that actually fit and I would love to trial the shoe in the future!

They fit me almost perfectly. I'd recommend going half a size down so they sit perfectly. They're super beautiful, and I'm really enjoying wearing them
