Order Issue Not Resolved Properly
I’m very disappointed with this experience. I ordered a loafer two weeks ago and received a confirmation email showing a specific black shiny style. However, when I clicked the image, it directed me to the correct version of the shoes I wanted.
After waiting a week for delivery, I received a pair that did not match what was shown on the website. I contacted customer service expecting a simple resolution—such as sending the correct pair along with a return label for the incorrect one. Instead, I was told to return the item myself for a refund and then place a new order.
I don’t understand why I should have to spend additional time and effort correcting a mistake that was not mine. This is not the level of service I expected. There are many other companies that handle situations like this much more efficiently and professionally.
At this point, I will be giving the loafers away, and this will be my last time shopping with Nordstrom.
