Poor packaging
These boots fit well and were reasonably priced for a tall boot but were packed very poorly. Box was too short. Boots were folded over on each other. I can't even get them back in the box and the heel looked a bit worn. I am going to keep them becasue price is right for a tall suede boot and they are comfortable but this is not the type of customer service I expect from Nordstrom.
