Inconsistent sizing between left and right shoes.
I have worn these shoes three times and had a lot of discomfort in the right shoe. Whilst they initially seemed to fit, they don’t hold up after a day wearing them.
I contacted customer service to explain the design flaw with a slightly smaller size in the right shoe which is causing this and was told that because I’d worn them three times (how could I know of this flaw without wearing them?), they couldn’t offer me a refund or new pair, only free shipping on my next purchase.
Very frustrating experience and totally unacceptable offer of a solution on an expensive pair of shoes. Customer service should be able to do better than this.
