Darker in person, and BEAUTIFUL Boots
These are classic old school FRYE. Heavy, solid, last forever boots, that remind me of the early 70’s. I wear a 10 medium, and in some cases with Frye boots the 10 is just a tiny bit big, and I can take a 9 1/2. I am keeping the 10 in these because they feel like they run a little narrow. They are made of Oiled Leather, which is breaking in quickly. Note: The heel portion was VERY stiff at first but I worked it a little by pushing down on it from the back a dozen times and that worked great. They have average support and cushioning, overall a comfortable boot that feels like it will last forever, and is timeless and versatile. I got the Saddle color, and it is a little darker in person but it’s not a deal breaker. Well made boots. Love them.

I love Frye boots! I own the full length campus in a size 7. I purchased this shorter version in a size 7.5 so I can wear a thicker sock. The banana color goes with so much in my wardrobe. The quality seems to be good compared to my USA made full length campus. Don’t miss out on this bootie since this style rarely goes on sale.

Loved the COLOR but not the fit.
I really wanted to love these! The color is gorgeous, but the boots are awkward, clumsy and clown-like large. I found it difficult to walk in them due to the shape. Sadly, I had to return them. My quest for my perfect Fall boot continues.

I can be a 9 or 9.5 in Frye boots. I ordered a 9.5 because that’s my standard size and these were too big. Read a review somewhere that said it’ll mold to my foot but I don’t think I liked them enough to wait for that. I’ll be returning once the last of my Nordstrom Sale orders arrives. So if you’re looking for a 9.5, maybe they’ll show as restocked this coming week.
