Terrible purchasing experience
This purchase with Nordstrom has been a nightmare, False salesman guarantees, late delivery, slow responses for refund, when I follow up on the refund their agents are creating loops of false information, things does not happen in the timeframes they compromise, refund giftcards sent to wrong address, digital gift card that won't get to my email. It's been 3 weeks and Im still not able to get the shoes neither the refund.
