They hurt
I bought the original Gemma slippers a few years ago. A little wide, but otherwise comfortable.
When they wore out, I got the Gemma 2, hoping they'd be as good. Nope. Less arch support, plus they rub agai st my feet in a painful way. And, yeah, they're still too wide. Guess I'll have to look for a different brand of arch support slippers.

Worse slippers
Got this for a Christmas gift from my daughter and after a month of wearing it, was not comfortable at all , the cushion wear out in not time.
I called to complain and because my time of return is passed and because I don’t have the box , couldn’t help me. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this sleepers.
