3E but still cramped toes

i have this shoe in grey 13D and its wide enough but way too long. So i ordered brown in 12 3E and its more narrower than the 13D and cramps my toes. AE needs to make their shoes more foot shaped

Fits exactly per size and super comfortable

These are so comfortable that I have been reaching for them day after day regardless of the occasion. Dressy enough to wear to a cocktail party and get lots of compliments regarding how stylish they are. Casual enough to look cool with a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. I've owned a lot of AE shoes and these are by far the most comfortable ever.

Perfect fit , very comfortable when walking - have had both knees replaced over the past three years and these shoes are helping me recover as I am now able to walk more with less pain. The outer material is of the highest quality and workmanship
