Need better quality control
The fit and width of these boots are perfect but the quality is seriously lacking for this brand. The heel, mostly the right one, has a defect where the cap seems to become dislodged with each step and it makes a very loud clicking sound. This started happening on the second wear and it is incredibly frustrating. I love the fit and the look but I should not have to consider taking brand new boots to a cobbler for repairs. So disappointing!!
